3x12 hour shifts, weekdays from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with every other weekend. Float required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, administering medication and treatments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care plans.
• Manage ventilator support and sedation protocols.
• Perform various procedures such as sheath removal and arterial line management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
• Current RN license (WV or Compact state license accepted).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS are required; CCRN preferred.
• Experience with conscious sedation, telemetry, and ventilators is essential.
