Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Call shifts are required and will be 24 hours in duration.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a traveler and be proficient in utilizing Meditech 6.0 EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting.
• Utilize Meditech 6.0 EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in required call shifts for patient coverage.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred.
• Flu vaccine required with no exceptions.
• Ability to comply with the 100-mile radius rule—no permanent address within 100 miles of the hospital.
• Request for time off (RTO) is limited to a maximum of 3 days during the 13-week contract.
