Job Description:
As a Travel Sonographer, you'll perform a variety of ultrasound exams—including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and cardiac (if applicable)—to assist in diagnosing and monitoring patient conditions. You'll work closely with radiologists and medical teams to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound procedures in accordance with physician orders and protocols
• Prepare and position patients for exams, ensuring comfort and accuracy
• Capture and analyze images using ultrasound equipment
• Explain procedures and communicate effectively with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and equipment logs
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and privacy standards

Requirements:

• ARDMS or ARRT(S) certification required
• Active state license (if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ultrasound/sonography experience
• Proficiency in OB/GYN, abdominal, small parts, or vascular imaging preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
