Schedule

4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call shifts required every 3-4 weekends, with 2 star call until 11 PM during the week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background with strong competencies in general surgery, neuro, ortho, ENT, and GYN. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Level 3 trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment.
• Monitor patient status and provide updates to the surgical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform specialized nursing duties as required during surgical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an acute care operating room setting.
• SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Previous travel experience is preferred but first-time travelers will be considered if they meet the qualifications.
