This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

18:30 - 07:00 with 4-5 days on call per month. Candidates should expect to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our dynamic Imaging department. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care while ensuring safety in the MRI environment. This role requires the ability to work independently with the availability of a Radiologist for questions and protocol adaptations.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams including Neuro, Abdominal, and MSK procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
• Adapt protocols based on patient or physician needs.
• Utilize new technologies in upcoming software upgrades.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Preferred experience with GE MRI technology.
