Schedule

4x10 Days - 07:00 am to 05:30 pm. Some weekends required, approximately 2 weekend days per month.

Job Description

The Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, addressing a variety of conditions including stroke, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients recovering from various neurological and orthopedic conditions.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute rehabilitation facility preferred.
• Current certifications: BLS, NBCOT.
• Valid Alaska state license preferred, pending licenses accepted with strong preference for those with the license in hand.
