Schedule

12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekdays and weekends with a 30-minute unpaid break. Every third weekend is required.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide comprehensive respiratory care, including mechanical ventilator management. Experience in a large facility and trauma care is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be adept in intermediate care and ICU settings while focusing on pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions.
• Manage mechanical ventilation for pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver optimal patient care.
• Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and response to therapy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Active PA Respiratory Therapist license.
• Experience in a large facility and trauma care settings preferred.
