Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule

7 PM - 7:30 AM; 3 days a week with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. This role is vital in providing quality patient care while utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will also delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care.
• Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• 1 year of Cerner experience.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• BLS Certification.
