12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 with every-other weekend rotation.

Job Description

Join a dedicated team in a Behavioral Health Unit, offering quality healthcare and support for patients with various mental health illnesses. The RN will work within a unit designed to foster recovery and rehabilitation, making a significant impact in the lives of adults facing behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care plans for patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient behavioral health experience.
• ACLS and PALS required within 60 and 90 days after start date, respectively.
