ARMStaffing is seeking compassionate and reliable Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel and local assignments at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the U.S. If you have a passion for supporting aging and chronically ill patients, we’re ready to place you where you’re needed most.

Job Description:
As an LTC RN, you’ll provide ongoing care for residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and age-related conditions. You’ll help manage care plans, administer medications, and ensure comfort and dignity in a long-term setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and facility staff
• Support residents and their families with education and compassionate communication
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and state regulations

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured care environment
