Neuro ICU Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Shift: Days, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00)

Job Description

Join our Neuro ICU team, providing specialized care for patients with neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a neuro ICU setting, along with travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess neuro ICU patients with specialized neurological conditions.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
• Implement and manage treatment plans for acute strokes and traumatic brain injuries.
• Perform critical procedures like ICP monitoring and EVD management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Neuro ICU.
• Travel experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
