Job Description

Seeking an experienced Trauma ICU Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of Level I Trauma experience. The position requires proficiency in Epic charting and the ability to float between ICU, IMC, and Tele as needed. A commitment to patient care and safety in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to trauma patients.
• Manage ventilated patients and administer blood products as needed.
• Conduct ICP monitoring and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Maintain and start IVs while providing central line care and management.
• Assist with the management of CPAP and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Trauma ICU environment.
• Must possess certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; PALS and TNCC preferred.
• Travel experience is required.
• Charting experience with Epic is mandatory.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
