Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM). Weekend shifts required (3-4 weekends within a 6-week matrix).

Job Description

The Trauma/Robotics Registered Nurse will provide critical care in a Level I Trauma setting, specializing in robotic surgeries and thoracic and vascular procedures. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding and proficiency in working with the Davinci Xi robot and possess extensive trauma experience.

Responsibilities

• Function independently in various surgical specialties including robotics, orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic, and trauma.
• Scrub and circulate in surgery, particularly with robotic assistance.
• Participate in call rotation, responding within 30 minutes for 2-3 calls over a 6-week period.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with a focus on trauma at Level I or II.
• Proficient in robotic surgical procedures, particularly with the Davinci Xi robot.
• Current AHA or ARC certification.
• Epic charting system experience preferred.
• No license hits accepted; RN license required.
