Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for patients during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to expectant mothers before, during, and after childbirth.
• Assess patients’ conditions and ensure safety measures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about plans of care.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure the best outcome for mothers and babies.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for any complications.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with L&D experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
• At least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, with postpartum and antepartum experience preferred.
• Candidates must have a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility.
