Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team. The position requires experience in catheterization, PCI's, IABP, Impella, Pacer, ICD Implants, Shockwave, and Penumbra procedures. The nurse will be responsible for both monitoring and circulating during procedures, with a patient ratio of 1:1. Scrub experience is necessary, and the nurse will utilize the Merge Hemo and PACS system in the cath lab as well as Cerner SurgiNet for scheduling and charging.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and circulate for cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments for various cardiac interventions.
• Assist in the operation of medical devices used during cardiac procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cardiac cath lab.
• Must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
