Shift: 07:00-19:00, rotating weekends

Job Description

Join a dedicated team at a critical access hospital that values quality, service, and compassion. This 17-bed Progressive Care unit focuses on teamwork and provides a range of inpatient, observation, and swing bed services.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Progressive Care setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Manage PICC/CVC lines and perform wound care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and providers.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in a medical-surgical or equivalent nursing environment preferred.
