Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Travel RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Our unit specializes in providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions and post-operative needs. With a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care, you'll play a crucial role in our patients' recovery and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
• Utilize cardiac monitoring equipment and deliver cardiac drips as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification preferred
• Cardiac experience is a plus
