Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to laboring patients with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Assist with cervical exams, IUPC and FSE placements, vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and utilize advanced tools for patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care throughout the labor and delivery process.
• Incorporate techniques learned from Spinning Babies and Supporting Vaginal Birth classes to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience, with preference for travel nursing background.
• Current certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
