Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00. Call required, typically 6 evenings and one weekend per 6 weeks.

Job Description

The role requires experienced professionals to work in both Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab settings. Responsibilities include performing a range of cardiac procedures, monitoring patients, and ensuring equipment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Accurate monitoring of patients during procedures
• Equipment setup and maintenance
• Perform EKG lead placement and prep access sites
• Recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Maintain a sterile field while assisting during procedures
• Use of vascular closure systems as necessary

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab settings
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CCI RCIS) preferred
• Experience with specific procedures and equipment including cardiac stent placement, IABP, Impella insertion, and PCI
