Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg/Tele unit. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care for orthopedic and neurosurgery patients, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for 4-6 patients in a Med/Surg/Tele setting.
• Perform standard nursing skills including IV insertions, urinary catheter maintenance, and medication administration.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the care team and document in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Monitor patient progress and provide support to enhance recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 2+ years of acute med/surg/tele nursing experience within the last year.
• RN Licensure required.
• Experience in neurosurgery/orthopedic nursing is preferred.
