Flexibility required for shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM and 11 PM to 7 AM.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team. The LPN will provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility and assist in implementing individual care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Work collaboratively with other nursing staff and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document nursing assessments and resident care outcomes.
• Provide support and education to residents and their families as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must have 2 or more years of visible experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. Note that CNA experience does not count towards this total. Non-PA residents must complete the OAPSA process.
