Day shift: 08:00-16:30, with rotations expected every other weekend and holidays.

Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a 253-bed acute care facility that includes a 20-bed Inpatient Rehab unit. You will play a crucial role in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans.
• Utilize mobility equipment and EMR (Meditech) to document patient progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• MPT or DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Acute care experience is required.
• Meditech and ICU experience is preferred.
