Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical to join our team. This position requires working in a 32-bed unit with a patient ratio of 6:1, providing inpatient care to adult patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive nursing care, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in a medical setting.
• Monitor and assess patient health status and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of Med/Surg experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
