Four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. No call required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT/X-Ray Technician with experience in both modalities. The successful candidate will operate a Siemens Somatom Perspective CT scanner and be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services while adhering to radiologic safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans and X-rays as per physician orders.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines for contrast material injections.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid New York State license to practice Diagnostic Radiography.
• Valid New York State license to inject contrast material is preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in X-ray is required.
• Associates Degree or higher in related field preferred.
• Knowledge of CT and radiologic standards, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.
