Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. The RN must be able to float to other departments as needed and is required to work weekends. The ideal candidate should be available to work the full schedule until the end of January and the first week of February.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Participate in patient assessments and implement nursing interventions.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress and assist with treatment plans.
• Float to other units as necessary based on departmental needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as required.
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or attestations.
• Negative TB test results.
• Compliance with additional health history requirements.
