Job Description

Join our team as a skilled Registered Nurse in the Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. Our facility is committed to delivering high-quality patient care with a focus on a moderate acuity patient population, including vascular and bariatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a Med-Surg/Telemetry setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to devise and implement patient care plans
• Supervise and mentor Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and other support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system (Sunrise)

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Telemetry certification or experience
• ACLS certification required
• Bariatric experience preferred
