3x12 hour shifts, Day shift from 07:00 to 19:30. Expected to work every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a community hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a telemetry unit, managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:6-7.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients on telemetry.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in unit activities and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in MS/Tele preferred.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license required prior to start.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIH certification is preferred.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Tele competency required; experience in community hospital settings preferred.
