Emergency Department Nurse - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift, 12 hours (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), with weekend requirements of every other weekend or 3 weekends per month depending on needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Nurse with experience in high-volume and fast-paced settings. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and licensure to provide exceptional care to patients in an emergency environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage patient flow and prioritize care based on severity of conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Three (3) years of recent Emergency Department experience required.
• BSN degree.
• Previous travel experience with at least one completed contract assignment.
• NJ License/Compact required.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications. Pending certifications or those expiring within 30 days of submission will not be accepted.
