5x8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist is responsible for assisting in the performance of various interventional radiology procedures. This role involves preparing patients and equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing daily caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures as required.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Provide appropriate patient education regarding procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of radiology equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience required in Interventional Radiology.
• Certification in ARRT (Radiography), BLS, and SCQRSAS is required.
• Travelers must possess a valid South Carolina RN License or provide proof of application for a pending license.
