Job Description

The Physical Therapist will join a dynamic rehabilitation team at a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on providing high-quality inpatient care. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to patients, especially those requiring neuro rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Carry up to a 6-hour treatment load during an 8-hour shift.
• Provide daily treatment including gait training, neuromuscular reeducation, and caregiver training.
• Ensure patients meet the required 3-hour therapy mandate in inpatient rehab.
• Track time and charges for each patient to guarantee compliance with therapy requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapy licensure is required.
• BLS certification is a must.
• Experience in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Neuro certification or experience is a plus.
