Job Description

The RN Operating Room position is responsible for providing direct nursing care in the operating room, with a focus on surgical assistance and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgeries with a focus on robotics, orthopedic, and neurological procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in the training of students and new staff in a teaching facility environment.
• Prioritize time-sensitive modules during onboarding.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of direct RN Operating Room experience required.
• Strong experience in robotics, orthopedic, and neurological surgeries is mandatory.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submission); NIHSS (must obtain prior to start).
• Must be nicotine-free and pass a negative 10 panel drug test.
