Job Description

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at our facility is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and a strong background in critical care nursing to provide top-notch patient care within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patient care for critically ill patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform advanced medical procedures and utilize ICU equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of ICU nursing experience is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Active RN license in Texas; temporary licenses will not be accepted.
• CCRN certification is preferred.
• Experience with CRRT and hypothermia protocol is preferred.
