Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide care for Spine and Orthopedic post-operative patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med/Surg and be prepared to manage a patient ratio of 1 to 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative patients in the Spine/Ortho unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current, unrestricted Colorado RN license is required.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications are required.
• Experience with Spine/Ortho post-operative patient care is essential, with a focus on Med/Surg.
• Covid vaccinations are required per state mandate.
