Night shift, 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00), includes weekends and requires floating.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MS Orthopedic Registered Nurse for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic nursing, capable of managing a patient ratio of 1:6.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing orthopedic procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary support teams.
• Conduct patient assessments and maintain detailed records in Epic.
• Manage pre and post-operative care for joint replacement surgeries.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Med/Surg Orthopedic nursing role.
• BLS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
• Ability to float to like units within scope of practice as needed.
