Schedule

Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:30, 3 shifts per week, with 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule.

Job Description

The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care by utilizing the Nursing Process in compliance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe delivery of care, while also maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff competencies.
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Arizona Registered Nurse License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of experience in MS/Telemetry nursing
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
