Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

The Computed Tomography Technologist utilizes CT scanners to produce detailed cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues, aiding in the diagnosis of medical conditions. This role involves accurately interpreting physician instructions, administering contrast materials, operating CT equipment, and positioning patients for optimal imaging results. Technologists must follow strict safety protocols to minimize exposure to radiation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• High School diploma; Graduate of A.M.A approved school for radiologic technology with advanced training in CT, MRI, and Interventional Radiography.
• New York State License as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Advanced certification as a CT Technologist.
• Current ARRT certification.
• Two years of relevant experience.
