Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient management and the ability to handle critical situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the stepdown unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patients’ conditions regularly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a stepdown unit.
• Must have a permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
