Job Description

The Medical/Surgical RN is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care consistent with organizational standards and Maine State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear communication and documentation.
• Function independently and efficiently during emergency situations.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Excellent assessment, communication, computer, and documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to function independently in various situations.
• Proven ability to act rapidly and efficiently in emergencies.
