CT Technologist - Night Shift

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing CT scans and assisting in radiological procedures within a dynamic healthcare environment. The unit features 24 beds and a well-rounded team of staff members, including Radiologists and various technologists.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, radiologists, and patients.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging processes.
• Maintain and manage equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT (CT) certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Florida State Department of Health license is mandatory.
• Experience with GE equipment and Meditech is highly preferred.
