ER Registered Nurse - Night Shift

4x12-Hour Night Shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

The ER Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care in an emergency department setting. This role requires flexibility and teamwork as the nurse may need to float between departments based on patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care and triage patients based on acuity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions in a dynamic environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience required.
• Current South Carolina RN License or Compact License required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS are required; TNCC preferred.
• Charge Nurse experience is required.
