Schedule

Night shifts, 3 - 12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Must work at least every other holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing and demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with telemetry needs.
• Monitor patient vitals and ECG readings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, permanently.
• MUST HAVE a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• BLS & ACLS certification required.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
