Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a healthcare position that requires various certifications and health history for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Complete all necessary license and certificate verifications.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including vaccinations and screenings.
• Complete professional training and competency testing requirements.
• Maintain and submit required documentation to meet onboarding standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Fit Test
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Trinity I9
• Trinity Confidentiality Agreement
• Various health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, COVID-19, and Influenza vaccinations
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Trinity Background Check
