Day shift: 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00) or 5x8s optional.

Job Description

Join our outpatient clinic specializing in orthopedic and musculoskeletal physical therapy. We focus on treating young adults through geriatrics with various conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, and neurological rehabilitation. Each therapist has the autonomy to block evaluations for an hour and schedule follow-ups for 30 minutes or longer for complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct fall screens and balance training for geriatric patients.
• Document evaluations and treatments in the electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• State License and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting preferred.
• Experience with charting systems, preferably Epic.
