LVN - Rehab Contract Position

Shifts available from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled LVN to join our rehabilitation team. The candidate will provide patient care in a fulfilling rehab setting, working collaboratively with nurses and therapists to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The ideal nurse will be organized and have a strong ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with rehabilitation tasks.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct wound care and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• IV certification required.
• Prior rehabilitation or therapy experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with CareTools and Meditech is a plus.
