Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is a clinical practitioner who coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the assigned units. He/she ensures that quality care is provided efficiently and safely, consistent with the unit's standards of care. The nurse demonstrates performance aligned with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care plans
• Provide quality care that is safe and effective
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with staff, physicians, patients, and families
• Stay current with knowledge and skills related to the patient population served

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduated from an accredited program for Registered Nursing
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification required; maintenance of certifications is mandatory
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
