Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team. The ideal candidate will provide attentive care, fostering personal connections with patients and involving them and their families in the care process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Perform basic wound care and maintain surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes.
• Start IVs and manage medications as per physician orders.
• Document patient information accurately in Meditech.
• Engage patients and their families in care planning and bedside reporting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Prior experience in Med/Surg is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize care and multitask effectively.
