Schedule

Days, 3x12hr shifts (7a-7:30p) OR 5x8hr shifts (11a-7:30p). On-call required, including 1 - 2 nights per week and 1 weekend per 6 weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of surgical technologist experience, possessing skills in Robotics, Orthopedics, general, and ob-gyn specialties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room, including sterile field, surgical equipment, supplies, and solutions.
• Facilitate instrument, fluid, and supply management during surgery.
• Manage the sterile field and handle specimens appropriately.
• Perform counts of sponges and supplies to prevent foreign retained objects.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• Experience with Robotics, Orthopedics, general, and ob-gyn cases preferred.
