Position available for candidates located 75+ miles from our facilities.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts are scheduled from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM for 36 hours per week.

Job Description

The Emergency Department RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs in an emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and triage as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience in an emergency department setting preferred.
