Will work 3x12 hour DAYS, 7 AM - 7:30 PM, totaling 36 hours/week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN to provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in critical conditions. The selected RN will float between various pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, to meet the facility needs. Weekend and holiday rotations are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Pediatric Intensive Care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following appropriate protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting all changes accurately.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Support families and caretakers, providing education and resources as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric ICU experience.
• A valid South Carolina RN License or Multi-State/Compact State RN License.
• Current certifications in BLS and PALS from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Preferred experience with ECMO and CRRT.
