3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30) with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

Job Description

The Pediatric Critical Care float pool RN will provide care in various pediatric units within the facility, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients while floating to meet the facility's needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for children in critical condition.
• Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist in emergency response and critical care procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience required.
• BLS and PALS certifications required (American Heart Association accepted).
• Current South Carolina RN License or Multi-State/Compact State License required.
